Conferences

Are you looking for a unique location to host your small conference or function? Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort on the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef is a unique location that is sure to impress. The coral cay located on one of the most pristine sections of the reef. The Island is world renowned for its snorkelling and diving with guests able to walk straight off the beach onto the reef.

Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort can tailor group packages including accommodation, meals, activities and facilities to suit your requirements and ensure that your conference is a success.

Lady Elliot Island has two options for room hire, Turtle Room and our Reef Education Centre.  All room hire includes use of data projector & screen or large TV; tea/coffee station in room or nearby; whiteboard and flipcharts.

Reef Education Centre

The Education Centre is a multi-function room. It was specifically designed as a learning centre but also provides the perfect space for plenary style sessions for larger groups.

Use of the Education Centre is for a maximum period of 2 hours per session with no more than 2 sessions per day.  Sessions cannot be run concurrently unless prior approval is granted.  The Education Centre has been designed as a learning experience for all visitors to the island.  By capping session times to a maximum of 2 hours it allows all visitors to the island to have access to the Education Centre throughout the day.
